Digital Asset Refund

This Refund Policy applies to all digital download assets purchased from HIBIKI entertainment limited. It is designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any relevant UK laws.

Refund Eligibility

Faulty or Misdescribed Products

  • If the digital asset you purchased is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault or discrepancy.

Change of Mind

  • Digital assets are non-refundable if you change your mind after purchase. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that digital content is not subject to a refund or cancellation once the download has started.

Unity Users

Assets we publish on the Unity asset store. Users must go through Unity first, their initial Policies apply first, in the event that we are involved in the process, our Policy is applied.

Process for Claiming a Refund

Submitting a Refund Request 

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at HIBIKI support with the following details:
    • Your name and contact information.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number).
    • A detailed explanation of the issue.

Review and Approval

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 14 days.
  • If the claim is valid, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Exceptions

No Refunds for Change of Mind

No refunds will be provided if you simply change your mind about the digital asset after downloading it.

Hardware Compatibility Issues 

We do not provide refunds for compatibility issues unless the product was explicitly stated to be compatible with your system requirements and it fails to meet this description.

Zero Tolerance 

  • We do not provide refunds against pressured team members or threats of actions if not fulfilled.
  • We do not provide refunds on users gaming systems or otherwise using loop holes to gain advantages in our content or through support services.
  • We do not provide refunds for users who have already been banned or otherwise caught in illegal activity or actions against product  Terms of Services.

Out of Scope

We can't cover everything, if you feel our asset is out of scope for your project, contact our support. We can test and help you determine if this is valid or not, if validation fails we're more likely to provide refund and in some cases even alternatives.

Changes to Terms

HIBIKI ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
